Message	they are rebuilds, and one has oil dripping down the seal housing in the middle and down the shield. The only way to fix it is to replace or rebuild the turbo again. It might have been cause by old oil in your engine too, like you didn't change oil for a while. There's probably nothing wrong with the rest of your engine, like pistons and cylinders, so I don't think you need to do a compression or leakdown test.
